January 21, 2025 marks the opening of the full bistro restaurant. Featured in Community Impact. After 30+ years of culinary excellence starting at Brennan's of Houston and 18 years as Executive Chef at Walden Golf Club, Oscar Gonzalez and Elaine bring their food truck success to a permanent home. Every dish scratch-made.
